Toby (1997-2013)

On Sunday, we lost my best friend Toby to his third battle with cancer. When we got him from the local animal shelter, his name was Henry and someone had dropped him off on the doorstep with an infection on his stomach. We were able to take him home on the same day that Princess Diana died, I tried sushi for the first time, and we went to go see The Fifth Element, which would up being one of my favorite films.

For almost 16 years, he was the best dog anyone could ask for. I'll miss you, buddy.
