Picked up The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo soundtrack today. I'm a huge fan on everything Trent Reznor. Nine Inch Nails, How to Destroy Angels, and his soundtrack work get a lot of play while I'm working. He also knows how to release an album, starting with Ghosts I-IV and continuing to this album release. There are four different price points, from a $300 deluxe edition to the $12 Digital Only version. I picked up the latter.

The music is fantastic, but I wanted to share the awesome package design. I've followed long-time NIN collaborator Rob Sheridan for a few years now. Dude's personal and professional work is always inspiring. He art directed this album along with most of the projets perviously mentioned.

Today on the twitters, Rob mentioned his collaborators on the album design.

FYI the #DragonTattoo album cover image is by the great Neil Kellerhouse: bit.ly/bYy75q from a photo by Mondino: bit.ly/rmRg74

Turns out I've seen art from these two before, but never knew them by name. Check out their work:
